Job Responsibilities
- Supervision and monitoring of our technicians.
- Planning, scheduling of equipment maintenance based on TPM and preparation of yearly maintenance budgets.
- Ensure hygienic conditions, storage and procedures are maintained during the processing and packaging of food.
- Prepare monthly production reports.
- Calculate the costing or charge of production.
- Perform stock takes on finished goods, raw material and packaging material.
- Improve man and material flow of the process.
- Improve line efficiency by integrating more automation systems.
- Implement documentation control systems in production.
- Set up or revise standard operating procedures for the line.
- Be involved/responsible for department improvement activities.
