Engineer and Specialist Purpose Equipment Mechanic

Overview

This position is physically located in the Philippines in support of LOGCAP.

Under the supervision of the Engineer and Special Purpose Equipment Mechanic Lead, you will perform maintenance and repair of engineering and special purpose equipment systems. The role is responsible for ensuring compliance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) across a range of functions involving engineering and special purpose equipment systems.

Responsibilities

• Analyze deficiencies in equipment and supervise necessary repairs.
• Provide technical/operational guidance to ensure compliance with the PWS while delivering desired outcomes.
• Inspect equipment and, as necessary, conduct repairs or replace faulty components using a variety of hand tools.
• Participate in preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Complete mechanical repairs or improvements on a variety of processes, equipment, fixtures, and units.
