Position Title: 
Location: Iowa, El Paso, or Juarez
The Advanced Manufacturing Engineer – Special Projects is responsible for leading and shaping advanced manufacturing technology readiness across the organization. This role drives strategic initiatives, facilitates cross-functional reviews, and ensures the successful implementation and communication of technical data packages.
Key Responsibilities of the Advanced Manufacturing Engineer – Special Projects:
Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of TPI’s business processes, templates, and procedures for assessing Manufacturing Readiness Level (MRL).
Architect and maintain standard work and templates for advanced manufacturing processes, ensuring best practices are adopted across all sites.
Collaborate with Production, Process Engineering, Quality, and Advanced Manufacturing teams to define and drive requirements for complex manufacturing technolog...
