Engine Sales Manager - Eastern Canada

Responsibilities

  • Generate prospects, formulate work scope specification, and finalize the sale through direct customer interactions, strategic marketing, and personal contact.
  • Manage and grow MRO customer accounts across the Eastern Canada region.
  • Build long‑term customer relationships while identifying new business opportunities.
  • Conduct customer meetings, presentations, contract discussions, and commercial negotiations.
  • Partner cross‑functionally with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, and Customer Service teams to support customer success.
  • Coordinate sales activities with Business Development and divisional leadership teams.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline activity, forecasting, and customer account information within Salesforce CRM.
