As an Engagement Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the success of our search mandates. You will become an expert in mapping markets, identifying key leadership talent, and engaging directly with senior executives. Working closely with our Search Consultants and Partners, you will own the research, sourcing, and candidate assessment process to deliver world‑class results for our clients.

Executive Research & Market Intelligence
Become the team's specialist in sourcing and identifying C‑suite talent across the Japan market.
Conduct in‑depth market mapping.
Execute full end‑to‑end search processes to produce high‑quality longlists.


Candidate Engagement & Evaluation
Speak directly with senior‑level candidates to gauge suitability, interest, and potential fit.
