Citizens Advice North Nottinghamshire is looking for a dedicated and meticulous candidate to act as a support worker for our Energy Team.
The project provides help to those who are struggling to afford energy price rises, as well as supporting consumers to challenge their energy companies' bad practice and errors.
You’ll be the first point of contact for clients, who are often facing incredibly stressful and challenging circumstances which necessitate their need for advice.
You will triage clients to ensure they are prepared for appointments and check whether they have other advice needs. You will provide initial information and advice to clients, particularly when advice is time critical. For instance, when somebody needs grant assistance to top-up a meter.
