About the Company
BGIN is a Nasdaq-listed digital infrastructure company with operations across North America and Asia. As part of our ongoing global market evaluation efforts, we are assessing potential energy infrastructure opportunities in selected Nordic regions.
We are seeking an experienced independent advisor to support a short-term market assessment engagement focused on Norway (NO3 / NO4).
Scope of Engagement
The advisor will support a structured evaluation covering:
- Regional power market dynamics (NO3 / NO4 zones)
- Grid connection landscape and capacity outlook
- Wholesale and bilateral power pricing structures (incl. PPA frameworks)
- Estimated infrastructure CAPEX considerations
- Regulatory and policy environment impacting energy-intensive digital infrastructure
