Energetic Materials R&D Engineer | Product Development

FORCIT is seeking a Researcher / Product Development Engineer to join forces with the Defence Forces Research Institute (PVTUTKL) on energetic materials projects. The role is permanent, with an ideal start date in September‑October 2026, and initial training at the Hangon factory.

You will work primarily in Ylöjärvi, with a planned relocation to Hanko after three years and the possibility to obtain security clearance and pass drug testing.
