Endpoint Support Engineer - Remote & Onsite Troubleshooter

Intertec Softwares is seeking a Technical Support Engineer in Dubai to provide end-user support for hardware and software, install systems, and manage accounts and security settings. The role requires hands-on Windows and Mac OS experience and strong customer-facing skills.

You will troubleshoot issues via phone, email, or in person, using remote tools, and coordinate with higher-level teams when needed. Knowledge of ServiceDesk Plus and ITSM processes is preferred, with emphasis on KPI/SLAs.
