Job Description

Local Site Support (LSS) – Scope of Services

1. End-User IT Support

  • Provide onsite support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux).
  • Manage device provisioning, deprovisioning, and temporary replacements.
  • Deliver user guidance and resolve day-to-day IT issues.
  • Coordinate with Level 2 support teams for advanced troubleshooting.

2. Office IT Infrastructure Support

  • Perform basic troubleshooting, installation, and maintenance of office IT services, including networking, printing, connectivity, voice, and workplace technologies.
  • Support network devices, Wi-Fi, LAN, access points, switches, and routers.
  • Assist with AV equipment, digital signage, smart office solutions, and workplace monitors.
