- L3 Level Engineer to join IT helpdesk support team, providing technical support to end users.
- 2–5 years of experience in an IT helpdesk role, supporting remote and on‑site users.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English, patience and customer‑service skills.
- 100% onsite availability required.
