The healthcare client is looking for an End User Services Support technician with a strong, proven technical background and experience working in a fast-paced environment. Our End User Services technicians are expected to have a meticulous attention to detail, outstanding problem-solving skills, work comfortable under pressure and deliver on tight deadlines. The ideal candidate will not only be very technical but also have a great personality and ability to build strong relationships with our internal clients and team members. the individual must also be able to provide top tier/white-glove service for C-Level executives and VIPs.
•Basic understanding of Windows and Mac operating systems
• Familiarity with common office applications (, M365 apps, Adobe, Internet browsers)
• Familiarity with troubleshooting hardware (, laptops, monitors, routers, audio headsets)
