End-to-End UAE Renewal Specialist - SaaS Subscriptions

Truckoom is seeking an experienced Retention Agent in Islamabad to manage UAE-based renewals for Trace, Asateel, and SecurePath subscriptions. You will own the renewal pipeline end-to-end, perform client outreach, and maintain clean CRM records, collaborating with the Retention Manager on forecasting and risk assessment.

The role requires 1–2+ years in renewals or related fields, strong English communication, and CRM experience.
