Job Description
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:- Fully manages PISA change requests with GIT: from initiation to implementation phase (KOT creation, modification & deactivation;
Group creation & membership upkeep requests etc.)- Design and optimize HR workflows aligned with organizational policies (task creation/approval flows) and SLA governance- Participate in platform upgrades and testing activities;
optimize lifecycle events and build, test & deploy HR service catalog items (KOTs – kind of tickets).- Collaborate with stakeholders from GSSC Operations;

CoE to understand requirements and obtain sign offs. Prepare regular update reports.- Provide regular progress reports and updates- Build SNOW reports for the purposes of GSSC OperationsRequired profile:- At least 3 years of previous experience with Service Now- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.- Experience in/with HR processes would be an advantage- Prince 2 or other relevant projec...
