Responsibilities
Respond to workplace injuries and medical emergencies, providing first aid, triage, and stabilization care as needed.Assess the severity of injuries and determine appropriate next steps, including on-site care, return-to-work guidance, or escalation to higher-level medical care.Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all incidents, treatments, and outcomes in accordance with OSHA requirements and internal company policies.Support workers’ compensation processes by completing injury documentation, coordinating required paperwork, and assisting with follow-up activities for injured employees.Monitor employee recovery status and assist with follow-up care coordination, including return-to-work clearances and tracking of modified duty assignments.Collaborate with Environmental Health & Safety to develop, implement, and mainta...
