EMR Senior Analyst

Job Responsibilities

• Provide Technical/Clinical Assistance with the Epic Systems
• Troubleshoot system issues: diagnose and resolve problems related to Epic modules (e.g., EpicCare, Radiant, Willow, etc.).
• Support clinical users: assist physicians, nurses, and other healthcare staff with system navigation, order entry, documentation, and reporting.
• Optimize workflows: collaborate with clinical teams to ensure Epic supports efficient and accurate clinical workflows.
• Offer training and guidance: provide just-in-time training or refresher sessions to end users on Epic features and best practices.
• Perform thorough functional and technical reviews via ServiceNow tickets and hotline, and provide guidelines to end users.
• Delegate tasks/ticket assignment to the offshore team.
• Prepare a weekly performance report.
