Silver Fern Farms Pacific (our Hastings site) has an exciting opportunity for an Employment Coordinator. This fast paced and broad role is part of our experienced team. As the Employment Co-ordinator, you will implement, maintain and facilitate good employment practices on site and be responsible for the coordination and delivery of people related initiatives and activities on site, including recruitment, selection and onboarding.
Our ideal candidate will inspire absolute trust and confidence and enjoy adapting to ever changing priorities. The role provides excellent support service to managers, applicants and employees and looks to continuously improve the service they deliver.
