About the Role
The Employment Coach Specialist is responsible for undertaking meaningful work by supporting an allocated caseload of customers with a prior offender history, with the objective of finding them employment.
Using an intensive case management approach, this role focuses heavily on improving the customers capacity to work by addressing non- vocational issues and building vocational skills and experience.
Promoting your customers through advocacy to employers will be paramount in assisting them to find suitable employment opportunities, while actively running group-based sessions to motivate and improve confidence amongst your caseload.
We have this unique position available at our Midland site and is being offered on a full time, ongoing basis.
