Responsibilities Include:
+ Handle a broad range of management-side employment litigation matters, including wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour, restrictive covenant, trade secret, and leave-related disputes.
+ Represent clients in state and federal court proceedings, administrative agency matters, and alternative dispute resolution.
+ Draft and argue motions and oversee discovery strategy.
