As an Employee Training and Development Expert, you will design and execute training programs that enhance performance and align with strategic objectives. This position is onsite only.
Your role encompasses a comprehensive analysis of training needs, development of instructional materials, and evaluation of current training effectiveness. You will work closely with various stakeholders and leadership to tailor your training initiatives to specific audience needs.
