Job Summary
This position plays a critical role in enabling scalability of the ER function by handling Tier 1 activities, producing ER analytics and reporting, and supporting probation management processes. The Employee Relations Specialist provides foundational support for employee relations activities across the organization, focusing on high-volume, lower-risk case execution. Based in Guadalajara, this role serves as a key operational partner to the global Employee Relations team by managing case intake, supporting routine ER matters, and ensuring consistent application of company policies and processes.
Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for employee relations case intake, triage, and initial assessment.
Provide guidance to employees, managers and HR Business Partners on routine employee relations matters, including policy interpretation and application.
