Employee Relations Partner

Rate of Pay: £18.90 - £24.76 per hour

Summary:

The Employee Relations Partner will manage a varied employee relations caseload, deliver HR guidance in line with employment legislation and Council policies, and work closely with managers, trade union representatives, and key stakeholders to support effective people management.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a diverse caseload of employee relations matters, including investigations, sickness absence, disciplinary, grievance, performance, redeployment, flexible working, retirement, and other HR cases.
