The opportunity
The Employee Relations Manager within the Talent COE supports the delivery ofcompliance-sensitive HR processes, including employee relations investigations and involuntary terminations. This role acts as a trusted advisor to business leaders and Talent Consultants, ensuring operational excellence, consistency, and risk mitigation across the organization.
This position ensures operational rigor and fairness in handling sensitive HR matters, supporting the COE’s mission to deliver consistent, high-quality processes while enabling Talent Consultants to focus on strategic priorities.
