Were looking for an approachable and proactive Employee Relations Advisor to join our People team. This is an exciting opportunity to support the delivery of a professional and consistent ER service across all Ubico locations, with a primary focus on our three Wiltshire depots in Calne, Trowbridge and Salisbury.
In this role, youll be a key point of contact for managers and employees, offering guidance, building strong relationships, and helping navigate a wide range of employee relations matters with confidence and care.
