WestJet is hiring an Employee Health Advisor . This person plays a critical role in managing and supporting disability cases and workplace accommodations. You will be key to promoting a healthy work environment, facilitating successful rehabilitation, and ensuring employees’ smooth reintegration into the workplace following health‑related absences.
Key Deliverables
- Disability Claims Management: Oversee the management of Non-OCC (STD/LTD) and medical leave files, including requests for accommodation. Confirm medical work restrictions and ensure safe and effective return‑to‑work plans for employees.
