Job Scope:
● Manage a portfolio of corporate clients (SMEs to MNCs)
● Understand clients' workforce demographics, budgets, and HR strategies
● Advise on employee benefits strategy (medical, life, dental, outpatient, wellness)
● Conduct regular client reviews (claims experience, cost trends, plan performance)
● Recommend plan redesigns to control cost or improve coverage
