Employee Benefits Account Manager (Hybrid)

This role is built for an Account Manager who understands the complexity of large-group benefits environments and can confidently support self-funded health plans. Our client is seeking someone who can operate as a trusted advisor to employer groups while managing the operational details required to keep sophisticated benefits programs running effectively.

You’ll work directly with employer clients of 100+ employees, supporting renewals, open enrollment, carrier coordination, eligibility administration, and ongoing service needs.
