Position Overview The Expanded Mining Technical Lead is responsible for the creation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of detailed work packages using existing Caterpillar resourses, technical documentation, engineering standards, and established protocols. Success in this role requires the integration of world‑class Environment, Health & Safety (EH&S) planning and rigorous quality control processes, while ensuring a high degree of accuracy and completeness in all job packages. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with Finning/OEM Exchange planners, Finning PSSR Sales teams, and OCS groups to provide technical support to the OEM planning team in the development of monthly rebuild plans. This role will also partner closely with EMP production technicians, production leadership, OEM Parts and Salvage teams to support the execution of Expanded Mining Program (EMP) Exchange and Repair & Return component rebuilds.
