Emergency/ICU Licensed Veterinary Technician, Days

We are looking to add an LVT to our talented Emergency department!

Schedule:

Three 12-hour shifts

Days

 Compensation:

$28 - $35 pending skills assessment leveling

Shift DifferentialIf working Sa/Su Days: Base + $4

Common Skills used within ER as an LVT:

Venipuncture & IV catheter placement

Triage & Assess patients/obtain vitals.

Critical thinking

Providing nursing care/monitoring to hospitalized patients.

Anesthesia, Surgery prep, Patient recovery

Running in-house lab testing & use of Cubex

Filling prescriptions/Dispensing oral and iv medications

Drug administration....
