Medavie Health Services West (MHSW) is the subsidiary of Medavie Health Services responsible for the optimal operation and management of an integrated, service‑led primary health care organization.

Reporting to the Senior Operations Manager, the Emergency Communication Nurse is responsible for promoting the Mission, Vision, and Values of Medavie Health Services West (MHSW) through the provision of safe and timely medical triage of lower acuity patients in need of care. The Medical Communications Coordination Center (MCCC) Emergency Communication Nurse will function as a member of a collaborative, inter‑professional team to appropriately triage, manage, and support caller access to health care services to meet their non‑emergent, non‑life‑threatening health situations.
