Summary - basic function of the role

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Program Manager to join our team in Alcobendas, Madrid. This is a hybrid position, with four days per week based‑on‑site and the flexibility to work remotely on Fridays. Reporting to the SCM & Operations Strategy Director, this role plays a critical part in delivering strategic supply chain initiatives that support business growth, operational excellence, and new product development across our general organisation.

The successful candidate will lead complex cross‑functional programs spanning supply chain, engineering, operations, product management, quality, and procurement teams.
