EMEA Director of Employee & Labor Relations

Dow Jones is seeking a Director of Employee & Labor Relations in Barcelona to lead its employee strategy across EMEA. Responsibilities include managing employee relations matters, coaching regional leadership, and engaging with works councils across multiple countries.

The ideal candidate should have over 12 years of HR experience and fluent in English and Spanish. A comprehensive benefits package is offered. The base pay range is €100,000 - €110,000.
