- Perform technical duties related to the activities of the Fertility Centre’s cases
- Assist in the ART laboratory related inquiries
- Continue in the quality assurance program in all ART procedures to ensure efficient operation of the section at all times while reducing medical errors.
- Demonstrate operational knowledge of the embryonical procedure applicable to area of assignment.
- Anticipate potential risk and execute appropriate action to ensure safe environment.
- Manage resources to achieve optimum productivity.
- Provide safe and and quality embryological care to customers in order to achieve customer satisfaction
- Ensure completion of all competencies and orientation checklist within stipulated time frame.
- Address customer’s complaints promptly.
- Exceed set standards and quality in embryology care rendered.
