Embedded Tech Recruiter for EU & Finland

Sine Engineering is seeking a Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team in Finland. You will build strong candidate pipelines for technical and non-technical roles, leveraging diverse sourcing channels and structured processes to screen, interview, and close top talent across Finland and EU markets.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years recruiting experience in product-focused environments, fluent Finnish, and upper-intermediate English.
