Overview
We are seeking an Autonomous Vehicle Operations & Triage Specialist to support daily autonomous vehicle testing and validation activities. In this role, you will work directly with vehicle operations teams, helping to identify, document, and troubleshoot issues encountered during real-world testing.
This position requires a hands-on presence in test vehicles, collaborating closely with drivers and Field Operations Specialists (FOS) to capture critical context surrounding vehicle behavior, software performance, and autonomous system disengagements. The information you collect will be instrumental in helping engineering teams quickly diagnose and resolve issues.
The ideal candidate has a passion for autonomous vehicle technology, strong analytical skills, and a detective mindset when investigating complex technical problems.
