Summary:
An Email Engineer is responsible for the design, administration, support, and ongoing modernization of ADT’s Microsoft Exchange messaging environment, including Exchange Online and hybrid Exchange configurations. This role ensures high availability, security, and compliance of enterprise email services while supporting cloud migration initiatives, automation, and operational excellence.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Administer and support Microsoft Exchange Online and hybrid Exchange environments, including mailbox provisioning, lifecycle management, and mail flow configuration. Manage hybrid connectivity components, including Azure AD Connect, Exchange Hybrid Configuration Wizard, SMTP relay, and legacy Exchange dependencies.
