This role is responsible for supporting high-quality, safe, culturally competent, and cost-effective patient care across all operational areas through comprehensive assessment, strategic planning, diligent evaluation, medication administration, and timely intervention and follow-up to contribute to the overall well-being and positive outcomes of patients.
