Job Title: Electronics Technician – PCB
Job Description
The Electronics Technician – PCBA supports printed circuit board assembly (PCBA) production and quality in a high‑reliability manufacturing environment. This role performs hands‑on troubleshooting, inspection, test support, and rework of electronic assemblies to ensure products meet IPC, customer, and internal quality standards. The technician works closely with Manufacturing, Quality, and Engineering teams to diagnose issues, support failure analysis, and continuously improve production processes.
Responsibilities
Diagnose and troubleshoot electronic PCB assemblies at the component and board level to resolve functional and quality issues.
Perform rework and repair on PCBAs, including surface-mount device (SMD) and through‑hole soldering and desoldering, in accordance with industry standards.
