Become an essential part of our team as an Electronics Supervisor in the manufacturing sector, taking charge of assembly and production operations. This full-time role is focused on hands-on oversight of electronic component assembly.
Candidates should hold a diploma in electrical engineering technology and possess five or more years in a manufacturing role. You will lead a dedicated team, performing hands-on assembly, soldering, and machine operation within a dynamic environment. This position is entirely on-site, offering a direct impact on the assembly process.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee soldering and assembly of electronic components on PCBs
• Operate semi-automatic machines for PCB assembly
• Supervise and coordinate the work of electronic assemblers and testers
