Electronics Production Lead - Lean, KPI-Driven, ISO

XP Power Malaysia is seeking a seasoned Manufacturing Manager to lead the POWER SUPPLY / MAGNETIC production team, ensuring on‑time completion of MOs and adherence to quality standards. The role focuses on safety, KPIs, and continuous improvement across the assembly and production floors.
