Overview

dormakaba is seeking an Electronics Engineer based in Montreal. The Electronics Engineer is responsible for leading the design, development, and verification of electronic hardware for our next‑generation access control and locking products. This role drives electronic architecture decisions, oversees PCB development across product lifecycles, and collaborates closely with firmware, mechanical, manufacturing, and quality teams to deliver highly reliable, certifiable hardware platforms. In addition, the Electronics Engineer defines and prioritizes team workload, aligns business and technical needs, coordinates electronics activities within Scrum Agile processes, and drives cross‑functional communication to ensure timely execution of product objectives.

Total Compensation Range: $100,000 - $130,000 annually
