Job Description
**Job Title: Electronic Assembler**
**Location: Santa Clara, CA (onsite)**
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Assemble, electrically test, troubleshoot, and inspect quality of electromechanical assemblies and sub-assemblies.
+ Read, interpret, and follow schematics, engineering drawings, bills of material, and standing instructions.
+ Perform wire cutting, unpacking, and repacking tasks as part of assembly duties.
+ Utilize various hand tools (micrometers, calipers, gauge pins), testing tools (HiPot tester, Multimeter), and other standard power hand tools.
+ Inspect parts for geometrical, dimensional, tolerance, and visual requirements per incoming POs.
+ Pack finished products for delivery and verify shipments per Work Orders.
+ Maintain quality documentation and help support ISO certification, document maintenance, audits, and training.
