To manage a portfolio of Online Banking clients within business specifically selling to support and train clients on electronic banking products in consultation with the relevant stakeholders
Optimize the usage of First National Bank Ghana Electronic Banking products to increase transaction volumes/revenue.Cross sell electronic banking products to clients to reduce operational costs and increase revenue.Assist with new client set up on electronic platforms.Responsible for the development and maintenance of strategic relationships with relevant stakeholders including Client Service Representatives, Relationship Managers, Service Advisors, etc.Develop and maintain relationships with peers in the market to keep up to date with latest developments risk frameworks, disclosure requirements etc.Resolve customer queries effectively and efficiently and also serve as the first line support for call centre queries.
