Job Description
**Role Overview**
We are seeking a **Preventative Maintenance Mechanic** with a strong **electrical troubleshooting** focus to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair CNC machines, test equipment, and parts washers in a manufacturing plant.
**- Location: H** astings, NE 68901
**- Work Schedule:** Mon to Fri, **1st shift** 7 am to 4 pm (OT when required)
**- Hourly rate:** up to 26$/h
**- Contract:** W2 contract under staffing supplier, with 6-month duration (possible conversion according to performance)
**Key Responsibilities**
+ **Electrical & Controls:** Troubleshoot and program HMIs, PLC ladder logic, AC/DC drives, 3-phase motors, transformers, and gas-train relay circuits.
+ **Mechanical & Fluid Systems:** Repair ovens, blowers, valve testers, injection molding gear, and hydraulic/water systems.
+ **Installation & Fab:** Install electrical conduit, pipe systems, and specify project Bills of Materials (BOMs).
