Requirements: Have a valid Florida drivers license. Journeyman or Master Electrician rating is preferred. Practice safety standards for the trades and willingness to keep up with new techniques. General knowledge of building construction and maintenance. Knowledge of and ability to use hand and power tools. Be physically fit for hard, strenuous work in hot and humid weather. Ability to work in a team and to be a self-starter. Skills to supervise work groups and volunteers in construction and maintenance. A growing relationship with Christ.
