Job Description

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person
• Provide information products/services
• Assist with order processing, returns, and exchanges
• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner
• Maintain a positive, helpful attitude at all times
• Record and update customer information accurately
• Coordinate with other departments for service-related issues
• Good communication skills (English and Filipino)
• Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, etc.)
• Problem-solving abilities
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Previous customer service experience (preferred)
• Flexible working hours and availability
