Electrician

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

- Maintain, monitor and perform routine facility and equipment maintenance

- Perform basic troubleshooting / corrective maintenance and restoration

- Conduct routine inspection on building, perimeter/fence and other facilities. Perform minor repair if needed.

- Provide assistance to HO support or third-party contractor during maintenance/ project activity.

- Prepare and submit reports, forms, and other necessary documentations.

- Ensure that electrical and gen set room are clean.

- Receive and submit copies of utility bills and other documents to HO.

- Maintains highest level of cleanliness in work/ storage areas

- Performs other work-related duties as assigned.



QUALIFICATIONS:

- Applicants can be College Graduate of Electrical/ Industrial Engineering or other related Course, Graduate of Vocational Course, and/or Short Course Certificate.
