This role focuses on assembling, repairing, and reworking electrical wire harnesses for aircraft components. You will interpret work orders and technical documentation, perform precise electrical work on connectors and terminations, and ensure all harnesses meet quality and testing standards while maintaining accurate documentation.
**Responsibilities**
+ Read and interpret work orders, diagrams, form boards, and wire lists to determine required materials and the proper sequence of assembly.
+ Assemble and rework electrical wire harnesses for aircraft components according to specifications and quality standards.
+ Rework connectors, back shells, wire terminations, splices, split rings, lugs, and any other components built into a wire harness.
+ Wrap and tie wires neatly and securely to meet safety and performance requirements.
