Role Requirements Associate Degree, Diploma, Apprenticeship, or Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field Minimum 5 years post-apprenticeship experience in a similar electrical maintenance role within a power generation, industrial, manufacturing, or heavy engineering environment Strong knowledge of electrical systems, power generation equipment, and maintenance procedures Experience working with generators, transformers, switchgear, and high-voltage systems Knowledge of PLC systems, SCADA systems, HMIs, and industrial communication networks Experience with signal exchange systems such as Profibus, MPI, IFM, or similar technologies Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting skills Knowledge of ISO quality, safety, and environmental standards Sound understanding of Occupational Health and Safety legislation and compliance requirements Experience using Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) Strong report writing and documentation skills Excellent verbal and ...
