+ Plan, coordinate, and supervise electrical work activities
+ Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and in compliance with applicable codes and standards
+ Provide leadership and guidance to electricians and apprentices
+ Monitor productivity and maintain quality workmanship throughout all phases of the project
+ Promote and enforce a strong safety culture on the job site
